Our Story
Shri Chand Atta Chakki began as a small family mill with a simple belief: flour tastes best when it is milled fresh and made honestly. For years we have stone-ground whole grains the traditional way — slowly, at low heat, so nothing of the grain is lost.
Today we still follow that same chakki process, bringing farm-fresh, chemical-free flour straight to your home.

How the flour is made
01 Sourcing
Whole grains chosen by hand, cleaned before they ever reach the stone.
02 Stone-grinding
The chakki turns slowly. Low heat means the germ, bran and oils stay put.
03 Packing
Sealed the same day it is milled. Nothing added, nothing taken out.
04 Delivery
From our shed to your kitchen, while the flour still smells of wheat.
