Atta chakki flour is whole grain flour milled on a traditional stone chakki. The stones grind slowly at low temperature, keeping the bran, germ and natural nutrients intact — unlike high-speed roller mills.
Is your atta chemical-free?
Yes. Our flours contain no bleaching agents, preservatives or additives. We mill whole grains fresh and pack them directly.
How should I store the flour?
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Because it is freshly milled with no preservatives, we recommend using it within 4 to 6 weeks for the best taste.
