About This Flour
Our MP Sharbati Atta is stone-ground from handpicked Sharbati wheat sourced from the black-soil belts of Madhya Pradesh, known for producing India's softest, naturally sweet whole wheat. Unlike blended attas, ours is 100% whole grain with no Maida mixed in, no bleach, and no chemical softeners. Rich in protein (12-14%) and fibre, it kneads into a smooth dough and makes soft, golden rotis, chapatis, parathas, and puris that stay tender for hours. Milled fresh to preserve the natural wheat aroma and nutrition.
